The images (from the resources directory) are now inside the JAR file.
Thanks Pete for pointing out how to do this ;)

i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every
source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places.
I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)

Made change to handle all resources (images etc).
Modified all scripts and classes which handles resources.
Moves to ./build/resources.
Also fixed bug in makefile which didn't copy ./build/etc on install.

We believe the cause of our zip exception is not removing the old jar file.

Initial checkin of the Makefile/build system. It is currently untested as the
final code has not be checked in, but I'm quite confident it will work.
