Tidy up of files. These are all old things that are not only no longer used but are also probably useless to anyone other than us. This saves checking them out all the time, and makes the "cms/source" tree contain only current stuff. They'll still exist in the attic's though :)
Added URL to GPL headers.
i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places. I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)
Cleaned up code and modified one or two bits
Modified the timing loop so it no longer collects data while it is not needed. This can be un commented when any averager system is used.
un-hardcoded date and sequence numbers, should now refelect the real system.
Added support for Heartbeats - still sending incorrect date and sequence due to l64a function doing something silly

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
