Tidy up of files. These are all old things that are not only no longer used
but are also probably useless to anyone other than us. This saves checking
them out all the time, and makes the "cms/source" tree contain only current
stuff. They'll still exist in the attic's though :)

i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every
source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places.
I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)

Solves many of the problems associated with memory allocation and dealocation with the socket++ library. Also should prevent memory leaks as the proper destructor methods are being called now.
