Quick bugfix to fix parsing from statgrab and segmentation faults

modifed so it calls SubPipe instead of a direct call to the Socket++ library. Now doesn't run out of resources (file handles)

Added support for dynamic modification of statgrab.pl.

Hard coded some values into it to get round the current UDP size problem (won't send full data set)

Used to collect information from statgrab (at this stage).
