Tidy up of files. These are all old things that are not only no longer used but are also probably useless to anyone other than us. This saves checking them out all the time, and makes the "cms/source" tree contain only current stuff. They'll still exist in the attic's though :)
Added URL to GPL headers.
i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places. I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)
tidied up and removed dead code.
fixed silly logical error in 'special case' with end of attributes
now puts attributes in "" to conform to correct xml
Tidied up the debug level so it is more informative.
Quick bugfix to fix parsing from statgrab and segmentation faults
modifed so it calls SubPipe instead of a direct call to the Socket++ library. Now doesn't run out of resources (file handles)
Added support for dynamic modification of statgrab.pl. Hard coded some values into it to get round the current UDP size problem (won't send full data set)
Used to collect information from statgrab (at this stage).
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
