Removed some un-used code from CVS. We can always resurrect this later if someone feels they want to work on it. Gone are the old perl ihost which isn't needed now, winhost which is broken and shows no sign of being fixed, and DBReporter. If someone wants to revive them, I'll undelete them :-)

Fix CVSROOT in all Makefiles. Now uses the anonymous pserver.
Added FreeBSD directory and Makefile. Also modified ihost Makefile to know about the FreeBSD plugin.
Tweak the ihost build so you can now choose the plugin. The default is still the perl one, because that'll work on any platform. To build another one you can now do one of: make perl make linux make solaris Which will compile (if necessary) the relevant plugin and copy it into place before making the ihost distribution archive.
Updated the CVSROOT setting in the Makefile build setup to point at the anonymous cvs server at cvs.i-scream.org.uk.
A few tweaks to the config to reflect the changes with statgrab/plugins.
The location in CVS has changed... all CMS source is now under the cms module.
Makefile for the ihost. This was complicated by the fact that it needed statgrab which is further *up* the directory tree. This should work fine though.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
