Tidy up of files. These are all old things that are not only no longer used but are also probably useless to anyone other than us. This saves checking them out all the time, and makes the "cms/source" tree contain only current stuff. They'll still exist in the attic's though :)
Added URL to GPL headers.
i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places. I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)
Added the FQDN part to the initial configuation process to make it conform to the protocol.
Just a few minor formatting issues. I don't think we need it to blurt the UDP packet out all the time... :) Also changed "Sending UDP Packet" to "." and "Sending Heartbeat" to "+", with no println, just print. Looks much neater.

Added some extra error checking, if connection with the filter fails then the config will roll back to the filter manager. If a connection with the filter manager cannot be made the connection is retried after n*2 seconds ( where n is the last amount of time waited). This code is messy and could cause stack overflows.
Added Heartbeat functionality, and reaload function
changed the layout so it conforms to the Templateclass.java
Initial Version - whenever it is called it will try to reload its config (no checking of filedates) support for dynamic ips =)
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
