Tidy up of files. These are all old things that are not only no longer used but are also probably useless to anyone other than us. This saves checking them out all the time, and makes the "cms/source" tree contain only current stuff. They'll still exist in the attic's though :)
Added URL to GPL headers.
i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places. I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)

Updated to use the newer statgrab.pl with disk information.
Forgot to close the new nests, and commented the userlist out because it was just too long !
Totally changed to use the new statgrab.pl script, which makes this much more flexible and expandable.
Fix for when the total processes exceeded 1000.
Moved the swap into it's own nest.
Removed the trailing M on memory/swap values.
removed (commented) a load of system.out.println()s which will no doubt be put back in.
Added the host time (as given by top) into the packet, although it may not be needed... we just have it, so why not ? Also fixed a bug that occurs with some versions of top...
Quite a bit of change to the grabbing of lines. Also, moved the reading of data to here, which saves using a file.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
