Forgot to close the new nests, and commented the userlist out because it was
just too long !

Totally changed to use the new statgrab.pl script, which makes this much more
flexible and expandable.

Added the host time (as given by top) into the packet, although it may not be
needed... we just have it, so why not ?
Also fixed a bug that occurs with some versions of top...

Quite a bit of change to the grabbing of lines. Also, moved the reading of data
to here, which saves using a file.
