Tidy up of files. These are all old things that are not only no longer used but are also probably useless to anyone other than us. This saves checking them out all the time, and makes the "cms/source" tree contain only current stuff. They'll still exist in the attic's though :)
Added URL to GPL headers.
i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places. I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)
Removed dead code and converted all tabs to spaces ready for printing.
Need to specify a type now.
Hacked around to move thread of control away from SystemMonitor
Changed to go with the new Decoding class stuff.
Modified so it should take in actual data from DecodeCPU. This is untested.
Added some extra error checking so that Hosts don't bomb with Thread.sleep errors (when it was negative). If the wait time is negative then the default override time is used (1 min)
Fixed waiting with Thread.sleep() added some randomiminty to the XML packets
changed the layout so it conforms to the Templateclass.java

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
