Log Message:
This ihost now uses autoconf and automake to make a "normal" installation
and distribution ;) It's now far easier to compile. To build from CVS :-
aclocal
autoheader
autoconf
automake -a -c
Then for compiling (end users will only need to do this) :-
./configure
make
make install
To build a distribution :-
make dist
