Catch a lot of old URL's and update them. Also remove a couple of old files that aren't used.
Added URL to GPL headers.
i-scream is now licensed under the GPL. I've added the GPL headers to every source file, and put a full copy of the license in the appropriate places. I think I've covered everything. This is going to be a mad commit ;)
Page has a description of what it is used for (i.e. setting up non-interactive public displays of i-scream alerts).
Altered the captions by the refresh options
Added the options to set meta refresh intervals and scroll rates (the latter is for IE4.0+ only)
Made some default selections for the user.
The form now allows users to submit their preferences. Descriptions of each field can be found to the right of the input areas.
This page now lets people choose from the various options (hide user input form, set font size, page width, machine list, auto scroll, etc) to give a customisable display of alert data

A page to assist the user in creating an alerts display that is suitable for use in a public terminal, i.e. at a helpdesk.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
