Builds are now on the website, and as a result of this the name of the achive
got changed to iscream-server.jar/tar.gz/zip.
The client interface pulling data is not required, as it would require a CORBA
wrapper to the root filter Queue, which seems just as fiddly as the way it's
done right now.

Added changing of archive names.
