We believe the cause of our zip exception is not removing the old jar file.

It didn't quite dependency check right. Fixed.

Fixed a bug on FreeBSD. The -R switch used to be needed to allow recursive
adding of the lib and etc directories. However, in the fix to stop the CVS
control directories being added I've manually specified each of the files within
those directories, so this is no longer required.

Fixed the problem of the CVS control directories being added to the tar and zip
files unnecessarily. This has hopefully also fixed the problem on FreeBSD where
all of the .class files were accidently being added too.
