The whole server package structure has been changed. Old Package: uk.ac.ukc.iscream.* New Package: uk.org.iscream.*
Some tidying up.
Changes to reflect move of Component, ComponentStartException, and the ReferenceManager from util to componentmanager.
Added the Queue features, and removed references to a RootFilterThread.

Package updates.
Made changes to fit in with the new package structure. Also made sure all files conform to the template class.
Removed a test line.
Made a seperate Thread. Does the same as FilterThread, but will ultimately be much different.
Changes to reflect Paul's alteration in the FilterThread.
Had to add these if this servant is going to appear to be a Filter. Doesn't seem ideal, but in reality they should never be called, and even if they are they only return null.
This uses the the FilterThread, but I suppose ultimately it should have it's own thread. It serves the correct purpose for now, although it's passed a null pointer as it's parent... which throws an exception... but it gets caught.
Servant for the Root Filter. Currently just prints out the data it receives :)
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
