Description
-----------

The ukcprog library  contains  generally  useful  low  level routines.
The ukcprog.h header file contains prototypes for the routines as well
as  defining  some  useful  macros  and types.

For more information consult the man page.

Building and Installation
-------------------------

After downloading and extracting libukcprog, configure and build as
follows;

./configure
make

Then install as root;

make install

There are, of course, the usual GNU-style configure options;

  --prefix=PREFIX

For more documentation on the installation process, please read the
INSTALL document.

Log Message:	libukcprog is now a seperate package. I doubt this will be much use to anyone other than us, but I see no reason why we can't package it up and distribute it. Obviously we can't attach the GPL to this, as we don't own it.
