  of streams in stdio. This doesn't actually affect us, so we
  should do a getrlimit/setrlimit to the "hard" limit of FD's

* BUG - if your using the '-o' flag - and your job name containts 
  '/' characters - it gets a little upset :) - Do a s/\//-/g on it.
